World-renowned chef Ana Rós rolled up her sleeves to make innovations inpired by nature at her restrautant Hiša Franko. Working with designer Matea Benedetti to create sustainable uniforms, Rós will use only recyclabes in her uniforms.

The uniforms which will be used by Hiša Franko personnel, are produced from organic materials such as wood and apple fibres. Inspired by natüre, which is the source of the products on the menu, Ana Rós thinks that uniforms and meals are for harmony in this way. Hiša Franko, the first restaurant in Slovenia to be awarded two Michelin stars, welcomes its customers with a new menu and new products during the pandemic period. Ana Rós expresses that she aims to build a multi-faceted brand with her innovations.
