Tom Kerridge, owner of two Michelin-starred Hand & Flowers, designed the menus for the newly opened Pavilion’s private members club in Knightsbridge, London. “It is an incredibly exciting project that connects the business world and entrepreneurial spirited, like-minded people with a food style that is fast, accessible but also high level.” Kerridge says of his new venture.

The interior, designed by Russel Sage Studio, includes a club and members’ lounge, as well as 17 private office spaces and a penthouse suite. Kerridge prepares seasonal dishes for members such as the bacon and smoked cheddar burger, radish and apple seasoned crab, and smoked king oyster mushroom.

Expressing his excitement for his new venture, Tom Kerridge said, “It is an incredibly exciting project in the heart of London that connects the business world and entrepreneurial spirited, like-minded people with a food style that is fast, accessible but also high level. The brand ethos of Pavilion Club and the Tom Kerridge group sit really well together, as it is about embracing people and personalities, whilst delivering a high-end product that guests recognise and enjoy.” Kerridge, who runs Kerridge’s Bar & Grill at the Corinthia London Hotel, also owns the Bull & Bear and the Michelin-starred Coach and Butcher’s Tap restaurants.
