Keller, who has one of the most successful representations of French cuisine in the US and has 2 restaurants with 3 Michelin stars, touches Mexican cuisine with Mexican chef Kaelin Ulrich Trilling.

The kitchen of the restaurant which carries the traces Mexico generally, focused on the food heritage of the region of Oaxaca specially, where Chef Trilling was born. The menu they served is prepared with traditional ingredients and local cooking methods..
