Fanny’s, which has been expected to open for a long time, welcomed its first customers in Los Angeles. Located on the ground floor of the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures on Wilshire Boulevard, the restaurant has a wide menu ranging from coffee and desserts to salads and wine.

The entrance to the restaurant, named after the famous actor Fanny Brice, is made from the museum’s own lobby. At the end of autumn, the main course menu will be presented to customers by Michelin-starred chef Raphael Francois. Francois is accompanied by Bill Chait, a restaurant operator in Los Angeles, who is known as the chef to the stars and will help run dining events and other programs. It is also partnered with Carl Schuster, with financial support from the Fran & Ray Stark Foundation.

Fanny’s, which will start to serve the main course menu in the large dining area in November, now offers cafe service between 9 am and 4 pm.
