Simon Radley, the name behind Michelin-starred Chester Grosvenor, has announced that he will leave the five-star hotel. Radley, executive chef and director of catering at the Chester Grosvenor has held this position for over 30 years.

Radley, who achieved many successes at The Chester Grosvenor after receiving the Michelin star in 1990, has a brilliant career in this field. The fine dining restaurant entered The Sunday Times Top 100 list and won many awards. However, this long-term partnership came to an unexpected end. Simon Radley, who will continue to serve until the end of the year, will leave his post in October 2021.

Awarded with honorary degree by Chester University in 2018 for his contributions to the city, Radley also supports young chefs with his training program called Radley’s Kitchen Academy. Saying that he left Chester Grosvenor, which he sees as his ‘second home’, with happy memories. And now he is looking forward to future opportunities.
