One of Denmark’s most famous restaurants, the 2 Michelin-starred Noma, is returning with its new summer menu including iconic flowerpot dessert and many missed old flavours, following its short-term burger service.

The 2 Michelin-starred Noma, which had been serving burgers successfully for a temporary period, has stepped up its summer menu as restaurants gradually returning to normal. Successful chef René Redzepi, who has changed the summer menu, celebrated the tastes that have been missed by adding the best dishes from the past 2 years to the menu again, including the iconic flowerpot dessert.

According to Fine Dining Lovers, old tastes, such as the iconic flowerpot dessert which many fresh herbs come together with the scent of roses that presented to guests for the first time in the 2018 season, duck feet made of toffee and celeriac shawarma are back on the summer menu.
