François Perret, pastry chef of Hotel Ritz in Paris, is preparing to meet his readers in October with his new book “Sweet Moments in Ritz Paris”. François Perret prepared the book’s sweet creations in conjunction with the history and history of Place Vendôme, one of France’s legendary squares.
