Michelin-starred chef Geoffrey Smeddle gave an online masterclass to Fife College students in Scotland. Owner of The Peat Inn, the chef took part in the event organized for Culinary Arts students as part of the Virtual Food Festival. The known chef also attended a question and answer session after the masterclass and answered the questions of the students.

Smeddle said: “It was great to attend the Virtual Food Festival and give students an idea of ​​my food and the techniques I used. There were some really interesting questions and it is a pleasure to be able to inspire Fife’s next generation of chefs”.
