After 3 months off, world-renowned chef Massimo Bottura’s 3 Michelin-starred restaurant, Osteria Francescana, has started welcoming guests from June 2 with its creative new menu.

The world-famous 3 Michelin-starred restaurant Osteria Francescana has made a quick entry into the post-pandemic era by evaluating the quarantine process effectively and creatively. The new menu which was inspired by The Beatles’ Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band album, was named after the popular songs on the album. The menu, which has dishes names like’ A Day in the Life’ and ‘Yellow Submarine’, was born when Bottura asked his team to prepare meals inspired by the album during the quarantine. After the quarantine was over, the meals were tested and 12 meals were selected, Fine Dining Lovers reported.
