World renowned chefs, the Roca Brothers, have opened a new restaurant in Girona, where their acclaimed restaurant, El Celler de Can Roca, is also located. As the name “Normal” suggests, it offers a more comfortable, traditional and warm environment. “If in El Celler de Can Roca we offer goldsmithing, at Normal we offer handicrafts” Roca Brothers says.

Roca Brothers – Joan, Josep and Jordi – offer their customers a different experience with their new restaurant “Normal”. Roca Brothers, add seasonal products of Catalonia and recipes handed down from generation to generation to the menu and benefit from the expertise of Elisabet Nolla as the head chef of the restaurant. The interior, prepared with the special design of Andreu Carulla, emphasizes sustainability and warmth, while offering an understated environment of natural materials and fine design. Stating that taste and joy are intertwined in Normal, Roca Brothers says, “After the healthcare, social, existential and values crisis, to comfort souls and rediscover happiness. Cooking is a catalyst for emotions, a tasty party that creates lasting bonds.” Emphasizing that their new venue has a different concept from the famous El Celler de Can Roca, the brothers offer a different Roca Brothers menu to their guests.
