Héléne Darroze, who recently had a successful year with consecutive awards, is signing a new partnership with Villa La Coste in France. Darroze, which will take over all the food and beverage operations of Villa la Coste, puts the local products of France at the center of the menu.

The successful chef, who recently received three Michelin stars for London restaurant Hélène Darroze at the Connaught and two Michelin stars for Marsan par Hélène Darroze in Paris, is now preparing to collaborate with France’s luxury hotel Villa La Coste. Héléne, who will make France’s vegetable and fruit richness the focus of the menus, thinks that this decision was necessary from the very beginning. ”When we are lucky enough to find such exceptional vegetables and fruit, it is up to us to cook to enhance them, not to transform them,” she says. Offering guests the opportunity to dine in different parts of the Villa throughout the day, Villa la Coste adds wines from France’s some of the finest vineyards to its menu.
