The Haliç Congress Center, host venue of the Gastromasa Istanbul International Gastronomy Conference & Exhibition, is one of the most prominent and technologically advanced congress centers in Türkiye and Europe. Designed to accommodate large scale international events, it offers a state-of-the-art infrastructure that enhances both experience and functionality.
The venue features a main auditorium with a seating capacity of 3,004 guests, a spacious 2,830 sqm foyer area opening to the Golden Horn coastline, a 477 sqm stage, and 12 fully equipped speaker rooms, providing a comprehensive environment for conferences, presentations, and parallel sessions.
