Mohamad Orfali, the eldest of three Syrian brothers whom make their own paths in the culinary world,
opened Orfali Bros Bistro in Dubai with his brothers Wassim and Omar and started to present their
experiences to their guests here. Orfali Bros Bistro, a modern bistro influenced by three brothers’
travels, love of art and food experiences all over the world. Orfali Bros Bistro has captured the
imagination of Dubai’s multi-cultural residents as well as food-loving visitors from across the globe, and is
crowned with the coveted title of The Best Restaurant in the Middle East & North Africa 2023, awarded
so by the MENA region of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants List, less than two years after opening. In
2022 Orfali Bros ranked 87th on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 51-100 list, in 2023 with an impressive
46th ranking. The two-storey restaurant’s backbone is an open test kitchen where Mohammad and his
team create magic. On the second floor, the two youngest brothers, Wassim and Omar present a
colourful desserts display, another part of their signature Bistronomy idea with which they also received a
very fast Michelin Bib Gourmand on the new Michelin guide for Dubai.
