Miller Prada, who is of Colombian origin, learned the basics of the kitchen from the women of his family. He has cooked in many cities such as Sydney, Hong Kong, Miami, Dubai and Lima. During his education at Le Cordon Bleu, he got to know Japanese and Nikkei culture for the first time.
He came to London in 2011, where he gained fine dining experience and announced the HUMO project in 2020. Combining Japanese culture with Colombian heritage here, Prada cooks its meals with only fire, smoke and embers, without using electricity or gas. The venue, which has attracted attention since its opening, earned its first Michelin star in 2024.
