Antonio Bachour

Antonio Bachour, the founder and chef of Tablé by Antonio Bachour, was born into a Puerto Rican family. Spending his childhood in his family’s bakery, Bachour developed a passion for pastries and began to develop himself as a pastry chef in Puerto Rico. In order to grow professionally, he went to the USA. She started working as an executive pastry chef at Talula in Miami.

In 2009, he joined the opening team of W South Beach Hotel by KNR Food Concepts. After a while, he assumed responsibility for all pastry operations at The Trump SoHo. Bachour, who received training from Philippe Givre, the famous chef of L’Ecole Valrhona, was named one of the ‘Top 10 Pastry Chefs’ in America the same year. In 2018, he was named ‘Best Pastry Chef’ at the Best Chef Awards.
