Philip Khoury

Philip Khoury is an award winning pastry chef and author and the Head Pastry Chef at Harrods where he has worked since 2018 having moved from Sydney, Australia for the job.

Philip is classically trained and especially passionate about expanding the pastry chefs repertoire to include more naturally plant-based and lower impact options. In is practice he strives to find the holy trinity of taste, texture and presentation.
