Andoni Luis Aduriz is the renowned chef behind Mugaritz, which he has led since 1998. Under his leadership, Mugaritz has earned two Michelin stars and remained in the World’s 50 Best Restaurants top 10 for 14 consecutive years.
In 2023, Aduriz received the Icon Award from The World’s 50 Best Restaurants and was named one of the 100 most creative people in the world by Forbes.
