Ernesto Ventós

Ernesto Ventós, a multi-faceted gastronomy entrepreneur, began his career in 2004 by opening a Japanese restaurant in Barcelona. Ventós gained significant momentum with Marea Alta, which earned him the Sol Repsol award.

Ernesto, co-founder of the Hermanos Vinagre project in Madrid, won third place at the National Pinchos and Tapas Championship held in Valladolid in 2020 with his dish “Cocinando un Vermut.” Ventós, who describes himself as a “nomadic chef,” frequently participates in international collaborations.

Ventós, who launched the Menorc4manos festival with his EV Gastro, has designed special gastronomic experiences for Bentley, Mercedes Benz, and cultural projects, and continues to represent gastronomy on television and digital platforms through his Restaurante con Pase channel on YouTube.
