Vladimir Mukhin

Vladimir Mukhin, one of Russia’s leading chefs, head chef at the renowned White Rabbit restaurant in Moscow, and chef of the White Rabbit Family restaurant group, was born in 1983. A fifth-generation chef, Mukhin began his career at the age of 12 working alongside his father.

At the helm of White Rabbit since 2012, Mukhin and his team have proven that contemporary Russian cuisine can be appealing on an international level.

Vladimir Mukhin gained worldwide recognition by appearing in the third season of Netflix’s famous documentary series Chef’s Table. Combining local and seasonal products with modern techniques, Mukhin is one of the brightest representatives of modern Russian cuisine with his unusual flavor combinations.

Having set his mission as promoting and popularizing Russian cuisine worldwide, Mukhin contributes to the preservation of rare vegetable varieties and traditional production methods by collaborating with approximately 20 local farmers and artisans.
