The names of the restaurants in the Nordic guide, including Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Iceland, have been announced. Chef René Redzepi’s restaurant Noma, located in Copenhagen, and Frantzén restaurant, one of the three-star restaurants, were also on the list. While 64 restaurants were on the list last year, 62 restaurants were on the list this year.
With the closing of Maaemo, which is located in Norway among 62 restaurants in total, the number of three Michelin starred restaurants decreased to 2. 13 two Michelin star restaurants and 47 single Michelin star restaurants entered the list.
